Close to Alessandria and the famous “jewel”-village of Valenza, this small and charming 3 floor house is the perfect holiday residence.
I must say you don’t often see a bathroom with a fireplace, at least not one where the fireplace is the main feature, a charming and fascinating solution.
Entering the casetta, the entrance leads into this particular bathroom and to the right into the kitchen/dining room, a wonderful vaulted ceiling and all very light and bright with french doors towards the courtyard.
From the kitchen the stairs lead up to the bedroom and a lounge area, and from there to the cosy loft space.
On the other side of the courtyard we find the ancient stables and hayloft with the possibility to create further habitation. There is also a small piece of adjoining land/vegetable garden.
