A project in the middle of the valley, surrounded by greenery and peace!

We are in the municipality of Maranzana, a small village near Mombaruzzo and 15 km from Nizza Monferrato.
We are in the open countryside, where there are only fields, woods and vineyards around!
Despite being in the middle of the valley, the house has a very nice position as it is sunny and the view is very open!

The house is in need of a complete renovation but the roof is in perfect condition, with exposed wood and a concrete kerb has been made around the perimeter of the roof to keep the house together and firm.
Inside, the rooms are spacious and bright: the kitchen has exposed brick vaults and the round, wide vault in the living room is something wonderful!

In the old stable and hayloft another large living space can be created.

Around the house there are about 4,000 sqm of flat, well-exploitable land!
